1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Kong Rotana ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Rotana.dev website, Chrome Extensions, and CV Builder Pro mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Covered

These Terms of Service apply to:

• Website: Rotana.dev and all associated web pages
• Chrome Extensions: Rotana Password Generator, and other browser extensions
• Mobile Applications: CV Builder Pro for Android and any future mobile applications
• Telegram Bots: All automated bots we develop and maintain

3. Use License and Restrictions

3.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, install, and use CV Builder Pro on your personal devices
• Install and use our Chrome Extensions in your browser
• Access and use our website and services for personal or commercial purposes
• Create, edit, and export CVs using CV Builder Pro

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our services
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our services
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense our applications without written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the proper functioning of our services

4. CV Builder Pro Specific Terms

4.1 Free Service

CV Builder Pro is provided free of charge. The app is supported by advertisements displayed through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to view these advertisements.

4.2 User Content

You retain all rights to the CV content you create using CV Builder Pro. We do not claim ownership of your CVs, personal information, or any content you generate. All content is stored locally on your device, and you are solely responsible for maintaining backups.

4.3 Templates and Assets

CV templates, icons, and design assets provided in the app remain our intellectual property. You may use them to create CVs for personal or commercial use, but you may not extract, redistribute, or sell these assets separately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Kong Rotana and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Chhuk Krapom Khmer font and all associated typeface designs are the intellectual property of Kong Rotana and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kong Rotana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party services such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. User Responsibilities

• Maintaining the security of your device and data
• Creating backups of your CV data and content
• Ensuring your device meets minimum requirements to run our applications
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services
• The accuracy and legality of information you include in your CVs

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may release updates, patches, or new versions of our applications.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

12. Data Backup and Loss

Since CV Builder Pro stores all data locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, app uninstallation, or data corruption. We strongly recommend regularly exporting and backing up your CVs.

13. Geographic Restrictions

Our services are provided from Cambodia. We make no claims that our services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kong Rotana and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kong Rotana regarding the use of our services.
